Online Library Card Signup 

Sign up for your library card digitally to get access to all the great resources that the Newburgh Free Library has to offer from the comfort of home! We will email you your new card number while you wait for the physical card to be mailed. 

  • Must be a resident of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District service area to qualify. 
  • Please allow at least one week to receive the number through email and up to 3 weeks to receive the physical card.

NECSD Library Card Registration Form

This form is for students of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District to request a library card from the Newburgh Free Library. Please note that you must include an email or your request will not be processed. If you currently have an active library card you DO NOT need to submit this form to use the resources provided by the Newburgh Free Library.

Adult Library Card Registration Form

This form is for Adults (ages 18+) of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District service area to request a library card from the Newburgh Free Library. Please note that you must include an email or your request will not be processed. If you currently have an active library card you DO NOT need to submit this form to use the resources provided by the Newburgh Free Library. All card numbers will be emailed to the address listed so you may begin using our services while you wait for your physical card to be mailed.

    Apply For Library Card: MSMC & SUNY Orange

    MSMC & SUNY Orange Registration Form

    This form is for MSMC and Orange County Community College faculty, students and staff who are outside of the RCLS service area to apply for cards. Please note that you must include an email or your request will not be processed.

    This card will expire at the end of each term. You do not need to apply for a new card; to renew access privileges stop by the library and show your valid, current Student ID.
